With a truly global upbringing that brought her throughout Europe and the United States, Erika Paul has been preparing for her role as President and Broker-Owner of Hallmark Sotheby's International Realty long before she even knew it. With a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and a strong background in sales and marketing, Erika has ambitiously carved a unique career path that has been decorated with numerous milestones and successes along the way.

Her early experience as a marketing executive in the luxury golf and country club industry connected her with some of the most prestigious organizations in the country and helped her develop close working relationships with many of the country's leading Realtors. This position eventually brought her to Massachusetts and naturally transitioned into the real estate industry. Discouraged with the lack of standards and sophistication in the operations of the traditional real estate firms, Erika set out on her own to create the missing niche. Teaming up with one of the area's most respected high-end builders, Erika created a luxury boutique real estate firm that was centered on her guiding principles of excellence, elegance and service.

In Sotheby's International Realty, Erika found the perfect complement to her established successful boutique firm, and in July of 2008, officially launched as a Sotheby’s affiliate brokerage firm. Since launching just over one year ago, she has more than tripled the size of her office, and continues to grow and position her company as the pioneering, technologically savvy, luxury real estate firm in Boston's Metrowest suburbs.
